Association Eurasian Art Union (AEAU) «Art Association»

We are an international cross-cultural project dedicated to the preservation and development of the Russian cultural code.

Our project is a synthesis of contemporary art, science, and business.

The Eurasian Art Union Association is a creative unification of independent sectors and guilds: painting, fine arts, art galleries, photography, curating, interior and fashion design, modeling, classical ballet, choreography, opera, vocal arts, acting, variety art, literature, poetry, journalism, own Art magazine, publishing, IT, law, and psychology.

In addition to extensive exhibition activities, the Eurasian Art Union Association organizes educational events: lectures, seminars, master classes, round tables, open educational events, conferences, and creative meetings with interesting people.

We implement educational projects that promote closer and more thoughtful communication between artists and businesses:

scientific-practical conferences for educators, students, and art professionals;

seminars for art curators and dealers to present our artists and discuss trends in the contemporary art market;

educational courses for various participant categories (from beginners and young authors to advanced courses for professionals), offered both in-person at the Volga Cultural Center and online via webinars and seminars;

development of patriotic-themed educational programs for youth;

establishment of an educational center for children and adults, introducing them to different professions: fashion or interior designer, modeling, digital technology, journalism and literature, performing arts, ballet or choreography, vocal arts, and other specialties;

In-person and online presentations of new materials and technologies in fine arts, teaching the application of the latest achievements in science and IT for maximum expressiveness of created works;

training sessions for personal harmony and self-development.

We study the situation in contemporary fine arts and encourage various artistic practices aimed at unlocking creative potential and strengthening interregional and international cultural ties, promoting the integration of Russian art into global culture.

Rationale for the relevance and public significance of the project

Relevance of the «Art Association» Project: we have created a unified, accessible space for all creative individuals.

Our goal is to attract and engage teenagers, including those from underprivileged or large families, who aspire to receive education in the arts – whether it be visual, musical, choreographic, or theatrical.

On the other hand, we aim to support the Mayor's «Moscow Longevity» program by providing a platform for the older generation to express themselves.

We strive to become a central hub for communication and creativity among professionals: showcasing personal achievements, implementing their projects and ideas, enhancing their skills, and developing new styles, directions, and concepts.

The public significance of the Volga Cultural Center of the Eurasian Art Union lies in its democratic nature and the high media visibility of its mission to popularize the Russian cultural code among the nation's youth, adults, the elderly, and the international community.

The uniqueness of the Art Association is embodied in the freedom of choice for each creator: to be at the forefront of the rapidly changing world of contemporary art or to continue the classical traditions of art and find their personal path within them.

Geography of activity

Moscow, Russian Federation

The area for the Eurasian Art Union Association must correspond to general spirit of a Moscow historical building, organically integrated into the idea of contemporary, as part of the modern world.

Contemporary art exhibitions of fine arts go beyond museum space, moving to public places, such as shopping malls, business centres, street locations and other high-traffic areas. These locations for exposition turn into independent art objects, worthy of attention and admiration of sophisticated viewers.

Leadership

The leadership of the Art Association sees its primary mission as passing on the centuries-old cultural heritage to our children. We aim to showcase the unique art of Russia, developing authentic national culture and carefully preserving traditions while adapting them to the modern era and creating new forms. Additionally, we strive to popularize Russian art and foster interregional creative connections.

Our work is built on the experience of forming creative unions, starting from the first post-revolutionary associations-branches of the Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia (AARR). On the other hand, the decision to establish our union emerged from studying the needs of the contemporary creative intelligentsia and the desire of artists, writers, musicians, choreographers, and actors to collaborate on joint projects.
